1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Times

We use premium local couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

United Kingdom Mainland: 2-4 business days
Highlands & Islands: 5-7 business days
Larger items (furniture sets): 7-10 business days

3. Free White Glove Delivery

Every order qualifies for our complimentary White Glove Delivery Service across the UK Mainland. This includes:

Free standard delivery on all orders
Careful handling by trained delivery specialists
Professional assembly on larger items (where applicable)
Removal of all packaging materials upon request

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order at any time directly through our website or the carrier's tracking platform.

5. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. For deliveries to remote locations, additional time may be required. International shipping is not currently available.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or the expected delivery date) with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
